Mobile Carriers Show Welcomes Fierce Wireless to Host Keynote Panel 

"Wireless: The Next Frontier” as Panelists Discuss Transitioning from 4G to 5G/5G Advanced.  


Washington, DC – Mobile carriers from across the nation will convene at CCA’s Mobile Carriers Show as the Fierce Wireless keynote panel, “Wireless: The Next Frontier, will delve into the complexities of transitioning from 4G to 5G/5G Advanced technologies. Hosted by Fierce Wireless on Wednesday, April 17 at 8:45 am PT and live streamed, panelists will shed light on the critical factors involved in this transition, emphasizing the pivotal role of spectrum allocation, permitting, financing, and the role wireless plays in connecting all Americans.

 

CCA’s Mobile Carriers Show will take place April 16-18 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa in Palm Springs, California. All keynotes on April 17 and April 18 will be live streamed.

 

Transitioning from 4G to 5G/5G Advanced requires the right spectrum as well as the appropriate permitting and financing. Use cases like FWA, AI/VR, and private networks are driving the transition, and federal funding from programs like BEAD are helping to make it happen. Panelists will explore what service providers can expect as they navigate this new frontier and what advocacy programs are helping them achieve their targets. Speakers will include:
