Unveiling the Future of Connectivity: Mobile Carriers Show Set for April 16-18

FCC Commissioner Anna Gomez to Headline Keynote Program  

 

Executives from Ericsson, Nokia, Syniverse, T-Mobile Set to Keynote


Washington, D.C. - Mobile carriers from across the nation will convene at CCA’s Mobile Carriers Show (MCS) to share the latest innovations, technologies, and visionary insights shaping the future of mobile connectivity. MCS will take place April 16-18 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa in Palm Springs, California.

 

Attendees can expect a dynamic lineup of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration and inspire innovation. Top executives from leading mobile carriers, infrastructure companies, startups, and regulatory bodies will share their expertise, vision, and strategies for navigating the ever-changing connectivity landscape. All keynotes will be livestreamed.

 

CCA President and CEO Tim Donovan will open the keynote program on Wednesday, April 17 at 8:30 am PT, followed by the Fierce Network Executive Panel, “Wireless: The Next Frontier,” at 8:45 am PT featuring Velena Tsosie, General Manager, NTUA Wireless; Jennifer Prather, CEO, Totelcom Communications, LLC; Adriana Rios Welton, General Counsel and Chief of Government Affairs, UScellular; and Monica Alleven, Executive Editor, Wireless, Fierce Network, moderator.

 

Keynote speakers on Wednesday, April 17 will include:

  • 9:30 am PT, FCC Commissioner Anna Gomez  

  • 9:45 am PT, Ankur Kapoor, SVP, Network Strategy and Evolution, T-Mobile 

  • 10:00 am PT, Leslie Shannon, Head of Trend & Innovation Scouting, Nokia, “XR Generative AI, and the Network”

 

On Thursday, April 18 the keynote program will include: 

  • 9:15 am PT, Bob Chiodo, Senior Vice President, Syniverse, “Unlocking the Opportunities International Roaming Can Bring to Rural Carriers”

  • 9:30 am PT, Mischa Dohler, VP Emerging Technologies, Ericsson, “A Glimpse of a Digital Future: Where Future Meets Reality”
