Do you want a guaranteed speaking role on the topic of your choice? If so, you will want to sponsor a seminar. With a seminar, you pick the topic (must be approved by CCA), provide a title, description, and the speaker(s).
Seminar Sponsorship Includes:

A designated room at the show

Basic audio/visual (1 projector, projection screen, podium and podium microphone, head table, and chairs for panelists with table microphones. Computers and wireless internet are NOT provided.

It’s your chance to make your pitch, wow the attendees, and draw interest to your company’s offerings. Demos are open to all attendees.

Sponsor a Speaker - Breakout Sessions
Wednesday, April 16
Apply to speak on a panel for one of CCA’s pre-determined educational sessions. Your speaker will work alongside other speakers and with CCA’s Events Committee to create the session’s unique presentation. Sponsorships are limited to one sponsored speaker per session, so act now!
Please note: you will be speaking on a panel with multiple speakers on a predetermined topic. Contact CCA's Event Team for further details on how to apply.
Investment: MEMBER $1,999 per sponsored speaker | NON-MEMBER $2,499 per sponsored speaker.

*CCA and CCA’s Events Committee reserve the right to deny any speaker sponsorship application. Sales pitches by the sponsoring company are not permitted. Please note there will be other speakers on the panel, and the session structure is determined and coordinated by the Events Committee.
Add-On: Post Show Webinar
Investment: $1,500 for CCA members and $3,000 for non-members
(This is a great deal! Normal rates are $2,000 for CCA members and $5,000 for non-members.)
Exclusively for MCS 2025 sponsors, add a post-show webinar to any MCS 2025 sponsorship. Webinars are a great opportunity to keep the conversation going and continue to share your products and ideas with people you met at MCS 2025. Webinars must be completed by June 30, 2025.
